## How rental works

1. Contact for a viewing (email or phone)
2. Sign a contract and pay the registration fee
3. Receive calendar credentials (and a physical key for Ledina; electronic lock for Trubarjeva and Šiška)
4. Book slots yourself in the online calendar (15-minute intervals; system enforces a 15-minute buffer between users)
5. Cancel free of charge more than 24 hours before the slot; later cancellations are charged in full
6. Receive an invoice at the start of each month for the previous month’s usage
